Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 September 2026
Lerato M Health & Wellness (Reg. No. 2024/437208/07) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Who is responsible for your information
Lerato M Health & Wellness is the responsible party. You can reach us at Lerato1111@gmail.com or on +27 79 683 9110.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address (required)
- your phone number (optional)
- the service you are interested in
- any message you choose to write
Please do not put sensitive health details, such as test results or diagnoses, in the form. We will ask for anything we need at the consultation, with your consent.
If you phone, WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive the details you share with us in that conversation.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and arrange a screening or consultation
- to send you information you asked for about our services
- to keep records of our dealings with you
- to meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are sent to a secure service that delivers them to our team, and this website is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, and we share only what is needed for them to do their job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet record-keeping requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to guard against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data sent through the contact form is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct or delete information that is inaccurate or no longer needed
- stop using your information for a particular purpose
Email us to make a request. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
